PermaVista Ranch & Resort- Experience A Luxury Texas Ranch
Located near Brenham, in the Texas Hill Country; PermaVista ranch boasts breath-taking grounds, amenities, a full-staff and range of activities. Just over an hour from both Houston and Austin, PermaVista Ranch provides an ideal destination perfect for birthday parties, weddings, corporate retreat and family reunions. Aside from breakfast which is included, other meals can be provided if requested at additional cost. Our chef offers International cuisine with an emphasis on genuine Southern Mexican regional foods.
Our listed rates cover up to 16 people and 8 bedrooms.Our luxury ranch can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests in beds for overnight stays. There is an additional charge of $42.50 per person over 16 people (Children 12 and under are $22.25 and 3 years and under are free) and we can make available a 9th well appointed bedroom with its own bathroom next to the garage inside the main compound.
We can sit up to 20 people in our main dinning room. and can easily accommodate 40 people (in tables of 8) around the pool area. The facility is equipped and can easily host cocktail parties and dinners for 100 people or more.
Guests will be able to access all of PermaVista Ranch's 130 acres. Guests will also have their choice of activities: horseback riding, newly refurbished tennis court, 1/2 basketball court, official size croquet court, swimming pool & heated Jacuzzi. Guests will appreciate a pool table & shuffleboard in our beautifully designed and ample game room that doubles up as a sport bar with one large 100" TV and two smaller 48" TV (to be able to watch 3 different events at the time). You can take pleasure with walks in the woods, enjoying each others company out by the fire-pit on our second floor terrace or at our inside or outside bar.

We have a full-staff available for our guests including: horseback riding lessons and trail riding with ranch horse trainer, gourmet chef, bartender and daily cleaning service. Special menus can be created upon request to accommodate all sorts of diets and culinary preferences.

PermaVista allows you to experience the country life. Please keep in mind that this is a ranch. Insects and other animals (such as snakes, wasps, etc.) might be present near the house. Every month, we treat the home for pests; however, with the nature so prevalent outside it can be difficult to keep every bug out or away from the house.
When holding an event at the ranch’s facilities during your stay, there will be an additional usage and cleaning fee on the people attending the event and not staying as guests. The fee will be applicable to the additional guests attending and that are not staying overnight at the ranch. All events must be planned, discussed in detail and approved by ranch management.
A hearty gourmet breakfast/brunch is included in the daily rate. Formal cooked and served lunch and dinner will be an additional cost.

Horseback riding (two to three hours per day of stay) is available at $385 for Professional Trainer. No riding allowed without the Professional Trainer. The rides have to be coordinated with our horse trainer at least one week before the stay. No unsupervised riding of horses is allowed.
A waiver must be signed by each person that wants to ride acknowledging that you are aware that riding can be dangerous and you are aware of the risks involved. Anyone under 18 years of age must have one of their parents or their legal guardian sign on their behalf.
Horseback riding is a sport that requires some previous knowledge and a certain aptitude, our professional trainer will check out every aspiring rider in the round pen before any riding is done outside the stables area and or the fields. Safety is our priority and rules must be observed. Our riding professional is in charge during any activities with horses and will decide which persons are qualified to ride, anyone not following instructions will be asked to stop and will not be allowed to ride anymore.
Blue jeans are required to ride, no dresses or shorts. No flip-flops or sandals are permitted and at least must wear well-fitting tennis shoes, preferably riding boots. Helmets are provided for all riders and children 12 and under require the use of helmets. No children 4 or under can ride.

In 2001 Mr. Andrews traveled to China for the first time and based on the result of the trip decided to start ATI. Since that initial trip Mr. Andrews has journeyed to China over 100 times and spent an average of 3-4 months a year in China traveling throughout the country visiting customers and business partners.
Andrews was Founder, sole stockholder, President and CEO of Andrews Group International, Inc., a leading Integrated Reservoir Studies Company and oilfield software and systems integrator in the U.S. Mexico and Latin America The company was started in 1987 and in 1998 merged successfully with Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB"), making Mr. Andrews the largest individual stockholder of the acquiring company. Andrews stayed on at Core Lab for about 1.5 years heading up all of Core Labs operations in Latin America and Western Africa.
Aside from his many business interests, Mr. Andrews is a proud and loving father of his three wonderful children. Elizabeth his oldest attending Medical School at Texas A&M after completing a degree in Advertising at SMU, his middle son Pace is a Senior at University of Texas at Austin pursuing a degree in Art & Entertainment Technologies, his youngest Alexander is a Junior at Episcopal High school in Houston.
Mr. Andrews was raised and educated in Mexico until entering High school in the U.S., and received a degree in Architecture at the University of Florida. He speaks Spanish and English fluently and has a basic knowledge of Chinese and several of the Romance languages.
