About this property

Passionate Green Hill

The property is very cozy, Lower floor: Living room with fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table, LED TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with refrigerator and all utensils. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room and a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms, and a bathroom. Outside the house is all grassed around with Hortências. It looks like a chalet, is very well located, close to the center of the main avenue and Monte Verde Airport. Near the house we have the German Market where you can find everything and very cheap and it works from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm, pharmacy, bakery and if you want to rent horses for a ride, Zé da Vó takes the horses to the residence.

A casa é muito aconchegante e de otima localização. Tem mercado, farmácia, padaria e restaurantes bem próximo e está a 10 minutos a pé da rua principal. A cidade e ótima p descansar e comer bem. O proprietário do imóvel foi bem atencioso e solícito. Adoramos!!

Ficamos bem acomodados nesta casa e as fotos traduzem realmente o que se encontra no local ,ou seja uma hospedagem que oferece todo o aconchego que promete na locação.Por não ter aquecimento e apenas lareira,ficamos com receio do frio,mas para quem tiver a mesma preocupação fiquem tranquilos a casa tem muitos cobertores e garante uma noite quentinha.Fica perto de supermercados,padaria e do Centro saindo um pouco do agito local; o que consideramos positivo.Destaque a atenção dos proprietários Sr Glauco e Sra Rosangela que se desdobram para oferecer o melhor durante a estadia. Adorei o Chalé, muito aconchegante e charmoso . Rodeado de muito verde, ótimo lugar para relaxar e recarregar as energias.
