Sea Breeze Manor is a beautiful 4 bedroom Gulf View home with a private pool, beautifully decorated with a professionally landscaped and maintained grounds located in the upscale SeaGrass community. The property has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and St Joseph's Bay giving you the opportunity to see the sun rise and set from the same house. The 4 bedrooms with 3 private baths is perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Whether swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the decks, or having a day at the beach this is the place for you. Oh did I mention your four legged family member is welcome too.

Sea Grass- Sea Breeze Manor

We had a great stay with our friends and our little ones at Sea Breeze Manor. We had 6 kids 7yr old and younger and it was the perfect property for us! Despite having a broken leg and having to crutch up all the stairs, even I had an enjoyable time. Upon arrival our door code didn’t work and 1 of the HVAC units wasn’t working. They sent someone out within 2 hours of us arriving for the AC and quick phone call for the door code. A little rough start to our vacation, but Susanne from Pristine Properties was so nice throughout our stay. We don’t know our future beach plans yet, but will definitely keep this property in mind.

Disgusting, Dirty, Smelly and Run Down

Musty odor hits you the moment you open the door. Raining when we arrived, the master bedroom windows were leaking all over the walls & carpet. Given the nasty smells, I assume this happens often. I have stayed at other pet friendly houses that do not still smell like wet dog. Question if this property was cleaned at all prior to our arrival. The beds were made but not nicely, did not look like fresh linens. Bunk room bed had human body hair in the sheets (so at least one bed did not have clean sheets). Stack of towels were left on the kitchen table for us to fold & put away. Body hair found on sink in upstairs bathroom. Hard surface floors are gritty like they had not been mopped in a long time. Carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed and smelled. Bought cleaning supplies & spent hours cleaning. Tiny black flies were in every bathroom & kitchen. Furniture in bedrooms & living room are stained & smell. Pool pump kept tripping the breaker, mgmt. co. did respond & it was repaired, but continued to trip the breaker. Upper deck had at least one board that appears like it is ready to break through, so for our safety we stayed off the upper deck. Exterior paint is peeling, looks extremely run down compared to other houses nearby. I would not recommend this property to anyone!! It is desperately in need of some serious maintenance & deep cleaning. Wonder what the cleaning fee covers, definitely not arriving to a clean house ready to use.

Great House for family trip

we were scalloping for first time with our 2 grown children - their spouses and our 2 grandsons - ages 2.5 and 6. Was great house / good location to beach / the onsite pool was perfect for the kids.. LOVED IT

Nasty property!

Filthy property! Filthy carpet and floors. Mop water was black after I mopped! Stained and filthy dirty furniture, green pool, urine smelly carpet. Dog poop under beds and on deck. Leaking propane tank, luckily we didn’t die. Management company took 3 days to get all this corrected. Wasted 3 days of our vacation on things that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival especially when I emailed concerns prior to our arrival and no one responded. I emailed because of bad reviews of the cleanliness of the property. For the price I paid this was ridiculous! A measly $300 credit for the inconvenience of 3 days lost vacation to their housekeeping or non existent housekeeping issues. Should have been $300 a day for 3 days with all the issues we encountered and the disruption to our vacation for their negligence!

Great house. Short walk to the beach through beautiful neighborhood. You can see gulf from house. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and beautiful beaches.

Exactly what we needed & wanted

This was a great place to get away & socially distance during the pandemic. Easy access to the beach & the private pool was fabulous! Loved that it’s in a gated community with very little traffic. Property pics are accurate & it had everything we needed and more, including a high chair, crib, & pack ‘n play. Overall, we had a great experience & would highly recommend staying here!
