The gourmet kitchen complete with Caesar stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances is a beachside dream, with ample space and fully stocked with everything necessary! Wake up in the morning in the spacious queen master ensuite bathroom on this upstairs level and enjoy beachside living. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs with an adjacent bathroom (with shower), separate toilet and laundry facilities. There is a separate entertainment room with TV and DVD, perfect as a teenagers/children's retreat. The rear garden has an outdoor shower and lawn space to play ball games.
The open plan layout, modern interiors and lounge complete with modern furniture is the perfect place to relax, beachside with good conversation.
