Built in 1894 and thoughtfully renovated, this charming guest house sits on a 1/2 acre gated property in the downtown historic district. Walk or bike to OSU events, downtown shopping, restaurants and live music. Adjacent to the main Victorian home, the fully furnished Garden Guesthouse offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 1 bedroom/1 bath space sleeps up to four and includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and private entrance. No smoking or pets.
Guests may also enjoy access to the property's lush garden which is occasionally available for intimate celebrations, gatherings, or special moments by prior arrangement. To elevate your stay, optional chef -inspired meals, brunch boards, and curated culinary experiences are available through Petal & Parlour. This is a perfect location for visiting family in Corvallis. We love the walkability to downtown. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment allows us to bring fewer clothes and take home more mementos! Beverly is extremely easy to communicate with, and replies to our questions immediately.
