This charming 2BR/2BA condo in the Doral Tower (12th floor) offers direct Gulf-front views and a spacious layout that comfortably sleeps 6.
The Space:
Master Suite: King bed, private en-suite with tub/shower combo, balcony access, and Gulf views.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed + twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 4) with TV.
Living Area: Cozy furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct balcony access with endless Gulf views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and stainless appliances.

*House Rules
Rental Agreement (via DocuSign) must be signed by Primary Renter before check-in instructions are released.
Primary renter must be 25+ years old, present during stay, and responsible for the group.
No smoking or vaping inside (designated outdoor areas only).
No pets – no exceptions.
No parties or events – registered guests only.
Guests are responsible for checkout procedures and leaving the property in reasonable condition.
$95 Damage Waiver Fee is included (no traditional deposit required).
