Great for families! Loved staying on the beach. Quite. Great for relaxing. Kids loved all the pools to explore. The condo was clean and have enough kitchen supplies and space.

Great Family Vacation Home

What I liked most about this property was the location:-12th floor was very quiet. Could barely hear the sound from the pool below-located on a property with multiple pools, restaurants and additional amenities.Check in process was easy. The property manager was super easy to communicate with (text option! The best for millennials like me) and reached out to make sure I had received check in instructions and answer any of my questions.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at the beach! Condo was fabulous - no complaints at all. Fit our needs very well. Our only complaint was that it was cold and stormy, but you can't plan for that when booking several months in advance. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was very relaxing, and we loved the view! The only disappointment was finding out we had to pay extra for clubhouse activities, but that was just a misunderstanding on our part.

Great family property

We had a great stay at this property. A great place for families with children- loved the set of bunk beds. My 2 complaints would be the quality of the mattress in the master bedroom- way too soft and they gave us the wrong code at check-in. We had to call and get the correct code.

Everything was really good except the beds. I felt like I was getting swallowed by the bed. They should replace all the mattresses. The beds in the other room looked very sloppy. Fitted sheets were very loose on the twin beds. I should have taken pictures.

The condo was as advertised....nice furnishings, comfortable bed and all the household amenities that we needed. The only thing was it could have been just a little cleaner and maybe aired out a bit before someone checked in. It was a little musty smelling when we first got there but got better once we opened the window and let some fresh air in. Overall it was a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

The stay was okay. But the owners need to be aware of a few things. 1) there were no bath mats in the bathrooms. The sheets were not on the beds in the 2nd bedroom. The top sheets in the master did not fit. The mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. And the step into the laundry room had raised tile with sharp edges. The light bulb was missing in the lamp in the master bedroom. These items need to be addressed for us to stay in this particular condo again.

Hey Lisa, you are correct with no bath mats, we provide step out mats which was on both tubs. Master bed is a king and a king set was placed on the bed also the king bed is new and is a mid-firm mattress. The bedside lamp did have a bulb, did you or a kid take it? There is a step or better described as a transition and I can assure you that it does not sharp edges, its one piece. The prior guest review was 5 star's across the board.

The condo was in excellent condition and comfortable. We will definitely consider a Aqua Vacations property for our beach front rentals in the future.

Great view and location!

We loved the secluded feel of The Beach Club and the view from the balcony was great. The kitchen utensils were very sparse and what utensils were there, were very old. The toaster oven could not be used because the words were worn off the buttons. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced because it has huge dips in it that you can barely get up. Overall I think the condo needs to be updated as the decor and furnishings are much older than the other condos we have stayed in at The Beach Club.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed the stay, the location and resort feel was perfect, loved waking up to the ocean view off the balcony each day! Everything was in working order and so much of what we needed was provided! As another renter stated, we had issues with the keyless door code not being sent ahead of time, so we called on the way and were given a code which didn’t end up working when we arrived. I was able to call the maintenance line back though and they did everything they could, including driving to the office at 9:00PM on a Saturday to get us a new code and get us into the condo. Overall great experience!!
