One of the Original Weatherboard Houses of Culburra Beach
The Haven is a true classic.
3 bedrooms sleeps 6 comfortably.
Two Queen bedrooms and one bunk bedroom.
Beautiful original wooden floors and great natural light, with a large north facing, sun drenched entertaining deck, that's undercover in case of rain.
A lovely big bath and well equipped kitchen
A big backyard that's fenced in for dogs.
3 minute stroll to the most sheltered part of Culburra beach, Tilbury Cove.
Culburra beach is one of the best Dog beaches in NSW, it's also excellent for kids and first time Surfers.
Culburra beach Surf school is just up the road and you can arrange lessons or hire kayaks or paddle boards from them.
Enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves at night and birdsong to wake.

Kid and dog friendly (one house trained dog per stay)
All rooms equipped with pillows and donnas, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
If you require a linen service this is $160 extra and needs to be arranged at the time of making the booking (minimum 7 days notice on linen service)

Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks or any illegal activities.

Very well equipped house.

Such a well equipped holiday house in a great location. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur boy and our real boy enjoyed the books and games on the bookshelf. It was very easy to relax here, despite travelling with a 3 year old and thats really saying something. David is an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating. We really appreciated the early check-in.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location, clean and comfortable house

We were welcomed with a very clean, tidy, aesthetically decorated cottage 2 mins walk to the dog friendly beach. Also within walking distance to the beautiful calm lake and coffee shop with great burgers. The owners of the property were prompt with communication, helpful and very accommodating. We had a wonderful, relaxing and easy holiday.

Great location, house was clean and exactly as described. Front deck was perfect to watch the world go by. Our 9 year old choc lab loved it as well, even getting lots of cuddles from the neighbours.

Older-style beach house in great location

We had a relaxing week at the Haven with our beach-loving spaniel. It’s an older-style beach house with some upgraded kitchen facilities but a fairly “original” bathroom. The front-porch recreation area is very comfortable, if a bit exposed, the enclosed backyard is ideal for a dog, and the location near two beaches and a kayak-friendly lake is excellent.

Charming Beach House

Ideal place to escape for a few days. Our little family of 3, along with our adored pooch, enjoyed beach walks (dog friendly) and relaxing on the deck. (First up gets the hammock!). The beach is just a short walk away, coffee shop close by and a large garden for the dog and all the amenities you need. Bliss.

Long weekend

Pleasant basic but on the small side. Very comfortable beds. Only possible to eat on exterior deck. Easy access to beaches. Owner was extremely cooperative when very bad weather necessitated a change of booking dates.
