This modern apartment with elegant furnishing is located in the very heart of the centre on Komenskega Street in a peaceful complex just 500 m away from main square / Three bridges / in the historical center. It offers comfort and privacy just a few minute walk from the central open air market hall, famous St. Nicholas Cathedral and Dragon Bridge.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), kitchen induction hob, oven, big refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, dining table and living area with sofa which falls down to a bed (140 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony where the guests can relax in warm days. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator access and it has a parking space in the underground garage (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m). Reservations must be made in advance.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR. After 24:00 check-in is not possible.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Nice apartment in fantastic location

This is a nice apartment in a modern complex within the historical city centre. All sights are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and the neighbours are nice.

Excellent location! The check-in process was rather rushed and there were lots of details about checkout that we needed to review. We arrived about 5:30pm on Saturday, so maybe it was the end of her day, therefore the rush. The checkout process is a bit awkward if you’ve parked in the garage, as you will need to exit then return to drop off the keys.

Irena apartment was just as described; clean and well-equipped; beds were very comfortable and kitchen had almost everything you needed. TV with over 40 channels. Apartment is centrally located near the Dragon bridge but is in an enclosed secure courtyard so very peaceful at night. Check-in and communication was first class and host was always on call to answer questions. Cannot fault the apartment.

Nice central location

The very best thing about this apartment was the location! Centrally located next to shops, dining and entertainment. An ideal spot to stay and a private garage space a real plus. The space was clean, comfortable and well furnished in general. Had a washer and balcony to dry clothes. The kitchen was lacking in basic supplies…oil, vinegar, spices and a real coffee machine. Check in process was rushed and very underwhelming (too many check ins and outs) … didn’t feel welcomed. But overall a great spot to use as a home base for exploring Slovenia.

Hervorragend. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne große und ruhige Wohnung im Zentrum von Ljubljana in der man - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt - alles vorfindet was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine und zwei Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Eventuelles Manko: Die Jalousien machen die Wohnung nicht dunkel. Wer gewohnt ist, in völliger Dunkelheit zu schlafen wird hier ein Problem haben. Vom einen Ausgang des Gebäudekomplexes erreicht man nach ca. 15 Metern eine Fußgängerzonengasse mit eher alternativen Geschäften, Kneipen und Restaurants, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die touristischen Highlights entlang des Flusses sind ebenfalls nah bei (ca. 200 Meter Fußweg bis zur "Drachenbrücke"). Übergabe und Einweisung erledigte eine kompetente, freundliche und hilsbereite Mitarbeiterin.
