Affordable Beach Getaway – Great View, No-Frills Stay
This condo is a budget-friendly choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach without paying premium rates. It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but it does still need cosmetic updates — the carpet, paint, and baseboards are due for replacement.
If you're looking for a no-frills spot with a great view and direct access to the sand, this is a terrific value. You'll enjoy all the amenities of North Coast Village while paying a price that reflects the work still to come.

THE VIEW
G36 - Lighthouse Lookout is an upper-level cottage with a stunning harbor and ocean view. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful view off the balcony where you can see the sun setting on the ocean each night and the comings and goings of the harbor. The Kitchen has even been remodeled with an open concept to allow you access to the views throughout the living room, dining, and kitchen areas.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4.

LIVING AREAS
G36 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a sofa, love seat, and chair. The living room has a flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom has been remodeled and features a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

SLEEPING
G36 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, along with plenty of storage on the wall and in the closet. There is also a flat-screen cable TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the main living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-G36 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.​​​​​​​

G36 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
