"The Governor's Mansion" is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in the large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

A beautiful property

We really enjoyed out stay at this lovely bright and airy condo. We were 3 families and all had plenty of space. Bedrooms are spacious and well laid out and the kitchen had all we needed to cook for a crowd. We were close to the pool and the outdoor areas had plenty of comfortable furniture so we could enjoy the sun and the views.

Clean and fun

Loved this property! Well stocked and very clean! It is a little ways out of town but not a big deal. My kids loved the heated pool, even when it hailed and snowed, and the adults loved the hot tub. We also loved the big table in the dining room as there was room to sit and eat and be comfortable.

A family graduation

We had a great time. Was very clean and quiet. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice biking and walking paths close by. We had a minor problem with some lights and maintenance was there in a timely manner to help us through it. Would definitely recommend. And would stay again if ever in the area.

Great Property - Perfect for what we needed!!

The property is beautiful, clean, stocked with everything you'll need to cook & grill! Flat screen TVs in all rooms, and a Pac-Man table version game, too! Beds were very comfortable with perfect linens. Bathrooms (4.5) were all spotlessly clean and stocked with plenty of towels and robes, as well!! Everything worked perfectly. The location is and easy drive to town, and just a couple of minutes from the entry to Snowy Canyon State Park!!! Couldn't have been more happy with our stay!!!!!
