The main reason why I couldn't give a 5 star review were twofold. One, the kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking utensils. There were only 2 very small frying pans and some large pots, and a small casserole dish. Not very conducive to cooking for the four of us let alone if a larger party stayed there. Secondly, the upstairs hall bath didn't really have enough space to hang towels when several people were using that bath as their main bath. I didn't see any hooks in the rooms either where they could keep the towels. Overall though, it was a good place, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. The host was very responsive to all questions.

The property was good. You can tell it is a rental as there were cosmetic issues. The living room furniture left something to be desired but the beds were comfortable. There is no access to a walking area without getting in your car. It was quiet and the neighbors all were very friendly. The host was great. He answered all of my questions without delay. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute drive.

Great experience

This place was just want we needed! We are locals with friends coming into town and we needed extra space to all stay together. This place was perfect. Straight shot on the interstate to get to downtown and right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Communication with the owners were great.
