This place was very cute and very clean, conveniently close to downtown. We brought our e-bikes and had a great time riding the Orange Trail—such a perfect location for that. We would definitely stay here again.The king-size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The queen bed in the second room is on the softer side—still comfortable, but I personally prefer a firmer mattress. Bed quality is important to us since we’re outdoors and on the go all day and really just need a good night’s sleep. The quality of the beds, especially the master, definitely gets our approval.

From the Owner: "Thank you for letting us know about the ants during your stay. We came over within a couple of hours and treated both the inside and outside with pesticide. Unfortunately, Florida’s rainy season can sometimes bring bugs indoors, but we do our best to address it right away.While we were there, the lightbulb issue wasn’t mentioned, but we’ll make sure our housekeeper replaces those promptly for future guests.To make up for the inconvenience, we also provided a $50 credit on the cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back in the future."

Overall a very nice visit. Well appointed home just blocks from downtown. Would have wanted another bathroom but the home worked great for us to celebrate Christmas with family who lives in winter garden. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. I would certainly stay again.

No doubt will stay again. Clean, comfy, perfectly designed for a vrbo. Manager/host quick to reply with questions we had. Rented a golf cart, easy hook up with electric outside. Close to town, walking distance or fun cart ride. Felt safe, awesome water pressure, comfortable beds, love the area.

Charming and Cozy

Location was great. Within 4 blocks of Plant Street and the walk to there was full of gorgeous homes that made the walk even more pleasant. The house itself was extremely clean and bright with a cottage like feel. Definitely felt like you were far away from the hustle and bustle yet everything was conveniently close. Lori provided plenty of household supplies and was very helpful in every way. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend Trip

My husband and myself booked this vacation home due to its location of our kids and grandson. We really enjoyed Winter Garden. It's a beautiful area and Downtown is alive and fun. The house was only a few blocks from Downtown and a beautiful park we took our grandson too. Also made a trip to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs - both where easy commutes. The home was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was very quiet. If I had any complaint, it was that the master bedroom didn't have a TV, which I understand because the room didn't really have the space based on how it was set up. The house was very well stocked with "extras" such as spices, shampoo, etc.

Great stay in Winter Garden!

This was a clean and homey place to stay. We were a few minutes’ walk away from downtown Winter Garden, which has many shops and restaurants to explore. I was a 30 minute drive away from my conference hotel at Disney Springs. Very easy check in/check out process. The only idea I have for improvement is that there are two windows (one at the front of the house and one on the side door) that are not covered in any way. At night it is possible to see into the whole house from either window. There is some type of reflective coating to these windows but it is certainly not an effective one way coating. Both of these windows need coverings. On the plus side, we loved the grill!! We certainly used it... I personally like it when homeaway owners leave a little more of a personal touch... but this is just personal preference. The whole experience was professional, easy, and pleasant.

My wife and I loved this house. Easy walk to town with many great restaurants. The farmers market on Saturday morning is one of the best I have ever attended. The whole town comes alive.
