This handy location is minutes from the back beach and close to London Bridge, Point Nepean National Park, Portsea Golf Club and an easy walk to the bay beach. This house has a wonderful floorplan for families with a great bunkroom sleeping 5, second living space flowing out onto the back garden along with a second, third and fourth bedrooms and family bathroom. Upstairs you will enjoy a large and sunny open plan kitchen and living area with a delightful coastal outlook, master bedroom with Queen Bed as well as another bathroom. The outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining is made easy with the choice of a superb elevated terrace or paved BBQ area.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway it had everything a girl wants. Wonderfully appointed and styled, right down to the glassware. It helped that the weather was good but we certainly made the most of both decks chasing the sun. Highly recommended and no complaints from 7 ladies.

This is the perfect holiday house. It is light, airy and the spaces are all a great size. The balcanies and back garden are fabulous too. Easy walk to Portsea village and back beach. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful clean newly renovated home on 2 levels - kids downstairs, adults upstairs! Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms sparkling! Great location if you want to be right in Portsea - road noise at this time of year and neighbours partying loudly and until late was a problem but not the property's fault! Would stay here again, loved it.
