Decent place to stay. Very convenient to the strip and the arts district, with a dedicated parking spot. The apartment itself has some flaws, and there’s traffic noise, but the place was clean and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again.

Close to the strip for a great price. The showers have solid water pressure and it was the perfect place to stay after hours at conventions.

Holes in the walls, couch was warn, bird crap all over the rails an floor on the balcony, pots and pans were dirty and really worn out. The pool wasnt available for guests, door knob did not lock just the deadbolt.

Great for the price!

The property was perfect for us. It could use some TLC (holes in the wall, door handle issues), but it was super clean and advertised appropriately. It is right next to a busy road and it’s LOUD, so if quiet is important to you, this probably isn’t the one. Really great property for the price!

I like how roomy it was, how the bedrooms were apart, and how quiet and private the condo seemed despite the busy main street. I told everyone about it since I enjoyed it so much. :)

Nice, previous person there left cigars all around the apartment. Some of the dishes were dirty. Other than that it wasn’t anything but a good time. Quiet homey place to stay. Would stay again

Great Bargain

No complaints about our stay. Just a little TLC would go a long way to boost ratings. The sound of traffic does take some getting used to but eventually you do grow numb to it.

Unit was not filthy but, not really clean either. I spent the first few hours sanitizing the unit and bedding before we felt comfortable staying there.

Convenient location, good price

Host was nice to let us check in an hour early, and responsive when we couldn't figure out the audio on the tv. Accommodations very convenient near Desert Inn and Arville. Apartment was older, but nicely equipped and clean. Complex was quiet, though it took us a night to get used to street noise from Desert Inn. Very reasonable price and friendly manager.

Just right/Relocation

Was in town for a week to help my lady transition from AZ needed a quick place outside of an hotel to have a home feel. It provided just that. Initially some reviews may scare ppl off but we had no issues at all. The location is off of a busy street front and center. So that is something if you’re looking for silence. It’s local to places and has parking available. I would rent again for sure.
