A casa é muito limpa e conservada. O imóvel precisa de modernização, mas o proprietário ja iniciou a obra e quanto estivemos lá alguns banheiros ja haviam sido reformados. A assistente indicada pela proprietária é simpatica e prestativa. O imovel em geral é mais bonito o que as fotos mostram.
