Wonderful house in Paradise!! Living room, 4 bedrooms, gated community. Sleeps 12 people comfortably! Mineral water pool directly from its own spring! Mineral water shower in the Buddha garden! Fresh air, silence, birds, own mineral water, barbecue, gardens, fully furnished and equipped, covered garage, next to the Quitandinha Palace. Close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, waterfalls, parks and museums! Come and enjoy!!! To complete the reservation and occupy the house, it will be necessary to send the owner copies of your ID and proof of residence so that the seasonal rental contract can be drawn up and subsequently signed!

Eu e minha família passamos uma semana maravilhosa hospedados na casa, entre o natal e o réveillon. A casa é ótima! Ampla, arejada e aconchegante, exatamente como consta nas fotos. Passamos horas na varanda que dá pra piscina. A churrasqueira é móvel, o que foi perfeito pros dias de chuva. A localização é excelente também! O contato com o Ruy foi sempre muito tranquilo e eficiente. Como a casa não estava sendo usada com o fim de aluguel (e sim pelos donos), existem pequenas melhorias a serem feitas (principalmente os utensílios e louças de cozinha). Recomendo o local e pretendo voltar em breve!
