Large Luxury House w/ Theater & Gym - early check-in & late checkout available

Great deal. Experience the saying “Everything is Bigger in Texas” at this 2-story 3,500 sqft (325 sqm) house with a home theater and gym. Located in one of San Antonio's top affluent neighborhoods. Walking distance to restaurants.

- Purified water in the well-equipped kitchen: No PFAS, no Texas hard water, and no need for bottled water.

The spacious home has 5 bedrooms: 3 of them are for guests (the other 2 are the home of my parrots but they will NOT be there during your stay [* however just in case, if you're allergic to birds, please do not book]). The master bedroom is on the ground floor — you won’t need to climb stairs.

2.5 bathrooms. Sunscreen, body moisturizer, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. are provided for FREE in the master bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking pots, a pressure cooker, 2-in-1 toaster/oven, sandwich maker, full-size oven, water boiler, 3 different types of coffee makers, etc. The drinking water is purified using a 5-stage RO filter system, made in the USA, eliminating PFAS from tap water and eliminating the need for bottled water.

There's also a patio upstairs, a gym room and a media room with an elliptical trainer and a 110 inch movie screen.

The pool in the backyard isn't filled with water. [IMPORTANT: Please do not go to that area in case of falling.] But our kid-friendly community pool (free with a keypass, open in the summer only) and playground is within a short walking distance, open from 8am to 10pm.

The house is located in the heart of Stone Oak, one of the best school and medical districts in the city.

A bus stop is in the 5 minutes walking distance. The bus can take you to several major supermarkets.
However, you will need a car to visit all the tourist attractions in town. You can park your car on my driveway under the surveillance of a security camera.
10 minutes drive to Wholefood, Target, HEB (the largest supermarkets in town), golf club, hospitals, etc.
15 mins to airport, 25 mins to downtown (River Walk, The Alamo, etc.), 30 mins to SeaWorld and Six Flags, 50 mins to San Marcos Premium Outlets, 1.5 hours to Austin.no

Amazing home!

My family and I needed a place to stay while visiting family here in San Antonio. We didnt want to stay with them as they recently had a baby. We have rented through vrbo many times and this places hits gets the #1 spot for cleanliness. The house has beautifully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. House is located in a quite neighborhood, so after spending the day out, it was nice to come back to a quite place to rest. Best things for me was the no shoes policy (same rule in my house) which they did provide slippers. There are three type of coffee makers, and all three provided various options of coffee and tea. It was great as we are big coffee drinkers. We fell in love with the nespresso machine!! There was also a instapot provided and that was a life saver. My little one is a big rice eater and she was a bit home sick. It was nice to be able to make rice one morning and make her favorite breakfast of eggs and rice. All in all it was an amazing stay!!

Magical Oasis

This property and vacation is the best one we've ever stayed at. Spacious, clean, prompt communication, close proximity to stores/restaurants etc. It was magical for my two girls (6 and 3), because we discovered the first night what they called "unicorn lights" in one of the rooms (it was a projector that automatically turned on at night that projected pretty lights throughout the room). This will be a vacation they will always remember! :)

Lovely home.

Clean, spacious, light and airy. Very comfy updated master suite. Generously stocked w toiletries and daily necessities. Host was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Very convenient location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
