About this property

River Run Condo w/ Shared Amenities & Mountain Views from Private Balcony!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen, and mountain views from the private balcony. New flooring and paint throughout. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The spacious entryway has hooks mounted above a bench and shelving for storage of vacation gear. The living area features a large flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a small selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. Large windows line the northeast wall of the condo allowing lots of natural light and beautiful mountain views. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and features mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own entrance to the guest bathroom.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

We had a great stay. The River Run area was perfect for our needs. Just enough to be convenient but without the crowds. We did have some issues with the key cards & it took a few days to figure out how to use them properly. Management company was reasonably responsive.

The check-in is at 4:30 which makes for some difficulty as the mountain closes down at 4. You have to awkwardly go off-site down the road to pickup keycards as they haven't modernized the system to use mobile or even pincodes to get in. So the check-in process is a real hassle. They sent a text saying you can request an early check-in though when you inquire they sell it for a fee. It feels like a forced money grab situation as they know that you are stuck sitting around between mountain close and when you go drive off the mountain to collect keycards. It doesn't feel super safe either as the pickup box has an envelope with keycards that are mixed with other guests.This space was alright. The size is pretty nice and its a great layout to hang out. The master shower seems new and is one of the nicest parts of it. They had ample extra blankets and pillows which was superb.The kitchen has standard bowls and plates however no seasoning stuff for cooking like salt. The toilet paper is wafer thin, I've never seen such thin TP before.There are 3 hot tubs right outside which were excellent. However no towels for them. You have to use the few towels given. We were on a 4 night 5 day trip which it says doesn't allow you towel cleaning. So everyone had to shower with the same towel for the hot tub. Not ideal at all.I would say the place is fine but it seems like rather than service first that they're pinching on things so it's not as special as some other spots.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately HOAs have limited us to using keycards and do not allow us to have them at the buildings. Our early check in fee is industry standard and guest are always welcome to come and pick up more towels from our centrally located office!

We were up in keystone for spring break skiing. The location of this property cant be beat. Super easy to get out on the mountain. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ive now spoiled my kids staying so close to the base theyll never let me book anything else!
