This condo is located in the Buffalo Lodge, part of the River Run Condominium complex. The unit has a King Master Bedroom with private Full Bathroom, a second Queen Bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Bed. Located a short walk to all skier services, including the River Run Gondola, Summit Express High-Speed Quad, and children's and adult's Ski and Ride School. Unit looks over Mountain Plaza which is tucked away from the main walkway in River Run. We are on the second floor and overlook this area where you can watch your children. There is a nice sitting area just outside our door overlooking the central with a children's playground, a mini golf area in the summer and is an ice rink in the winter.

Two minute walk to Outside Pool and Hot Tubs. Clubhouse with Pool Tables, Large TV, and Hot Tubs.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located at the Buffalo Lodge in River Run Village – walking distance to the ski slopes and all the shops and restaurants in the Village. It’s the perfect location for your ski getaway! The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom a queen bed, both with flat screen TVs. Winter comforters include Goose Down. The open concept living area has a fireplace, flat screen TV, access to a private balcony and a queen sized sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals. Also enjoy free wi-fi and free underground parking for one vehicle. Common areas include laundry facilities and access to the Dakota beautiful outdoor, heated pool and hot tubs with views of the ski slopes!

Heated Pool & Hot Tubs are located in the River Run Village outside of the Dakota Lodge, a two minute walk.

This condo is located in the Buffalo Lodge, part of the River Run Condominium complex. Guests at River Run Condominiums will find amazing shopping, upscale and casual dining, and signature events right outside their door. All units are located a short walk away from all skier services, including the River Run Gondola and Summit Express High-Speed Quad, and children's and adult's Ski and Ride School. In the summer, many of Keystone's signature events take place in River Run Village, including our famous Bluegrass and Beer Festival, the Wine and Jazz Festival, and the Blue Ribbon Bacon Tour.

Location, location, location!! Right in the middle of it all and can walk to everything. Condo was great and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. All the restaurants were great, ski rental was right downstairs, and gondola was a short walk. Would stay again!

Very convenient location on one end of Riven Run Village. Courtyard outside could be a bit noisy at times but the unit was perfect for 2 couples and u can walk to everything.

Garage Elevator

The garage elevator was down when we arrived and when we left. I had to make seven trips up one flight of stairs and then take to the room on Sunday night. I was. Wondering if they tell the owners, because it’s been down at least 12 days. Besides that it was all great.

It is a dream to have a ski condo in the center of River Run Village. We have skied Keystone for over 30 years and have always enjoyed the local family atmosphere nestled in a quiet area of the Rockies and so close to Denver..

Why they chose this property

Steps to the Gondola and in the center of River Run Village. Heated Parking with a beautiful clubhouse were some of the many important aspects of Buffalo Lodge that were part of our final decision on selecting this condo. The quiet plaza where children can play checkers and the iconic Buffalo were the main reasons we selected this unit. We are on the second floor and can easily go down the steps to access the plaza quickly.
