Private home with modern decor just at 6 minutes from historical downtown. A one floor plan with a living room leads to a modern dining room with a huge terrace with stunning views of the city. A modern kitchen and facility dinning room with views of the city opens to the terrace. The family room is in the center of the family area with 4 rooms. Each rooms has its bathroom and closet area. The master bedroom has a hot jetty tub and opens to the terrace with great sunset views. The backyard is great with an outdoor heated swimming pool. Kids will love it. It is build in an area with private security and it has alarm system. There has never been a problem with security. The backyard includes outdoor heated swimming pool, barbecue area and an outdoor gym. On the top of the house there is the laundry and service room with its own bathroom.
