About this property

3 level townhouse on SW side of Iowa City close to interstate with easy access to University of Iowa Hospitals and west side campus. 2 car attached garage and laundry on bottom level with bunk bed for 2 guests. Living room with good size couch and kitchen with 1/2 bath on middle floor. 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on top. Just getting space setup so more furniture and better pics to come:)

The location was perfect. It was close to family who live in Iowa City and the Hawkeye tennis center.

Wedding prep!

We came to Iowa for our son’s wedding. This townhouse was centrally located and served our purposes very well. There were extra mattresses and sleeping options which was nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Convenient location for a short stay

The location was great for the purpose of our one-night stay. The property is dated and there were some appliances that were not functioning properly. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive.
