Enjoy family and your own space this holiday season in this beautifully-appointed 4-Bedroom Presidential Villa (2,874 sq. ft.) at Westgate's flagship Town Center Resort with room for up to 16 guests.
This 4-bedroom Villa gives families plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the space. Villa amenities include four king beds, four queen sleeper sofas in the living areas, as well as two fully equipped kitchens, two kitchenettes, dining area and washer/dryer.
Stay on property and enjoy your pick of 14 pools and sports-basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, gym. There are bike rentals and swan and paddle boat rentals too. Check out the game room, pay to play a round of mini golf or catch a Disney movie in the free-of-charge movie theater. There's something for everyone at the onsite Shipwreck Island Water Park with splash pad, heated pool lazy river and water slide.
Off-property you are just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and Kissimmee's world-famous theme parks and attractions. Visit the Westgare Town Center Welcome Center to purchase your theme park and entertainment tickets.

Why they chose this property
My family has been enjoying this property for years! Our latest villa is set in the back which is nice and quiet! We can take a short walk to the pool or play on the soccer field. There's so much to do, we don't even have to leave property! (Ok, we do visit Mickey Mouse usually one or two days during the week.) We just started renting out now that our kids are getting older and have different schedules thanks to college;-) Condo is well maintained and nicely furnished.
What makes this property unique
This resort offers everything you need! Very spacious condo offering great space for family time, as well as privacy. Must pass through security to get in and out of the property--safe (did I mention my husband is in law enforcement--safety is paramount). Beautiful grounds to enjoy. Great waterpark. We stopped by to check it out for an hour or so and ended up staying the whole day! Good food and drinks. Fun for adults and children alike. Restaurants on property. Fabulous location with grocery store down the street and every restaurant you can think of off property....not that you need it with a full kitchen and kitchenette.
