Gathering Resort Pool/Spa Home-Mins away to the PARKS

Thank you for leaving a review for us.  We wanted to address the concerns that you made during your stay, as well as discuss some additional information that you conveniently omitted. We were first alerted that the Wi-Fi was down within the first hour of your scheduled check-in.  We reached out to you to ensure that everything was okay, as our 5G wireless internet is one of our service offerings that we provide which not only powers Guest’s Wi-Fi-enabled devices.In addition, the Wi-Fi is necessary to ensure the highest safety for our guests. After contacting you, we also reached out to the Emerald Island Resort to check whether there had been any community outages, to which there had not been.  We contacted Ring Home Security Systems to check on the status of our security system.  They informed us that our service was offline and that they did not have any current visibility regarding the status.  Finally, upon calling the internet provider, we were informed that the internet was active to the modem in the house and that any issues were the result of the router being unplugged from the modem. Why would the guest disconnect the 5G wireless internet router?  It was our duty to insure that any internet issues, if not working, were immediately resolved. We notified you that we would be stopping by within twenty minutes. Upon arriving, we quickly realized why the router had been disabled that your original reservation of 6 adults and 2 children was just a ruse to host a large social event for you and your friends and family. Please note that Emerald Island Resort does have ‪24/7‬ security, which provides a sense of safety that most guests with honest reservation information and intentions will appreciate.  Emerald Island Security contacted us ‪at 2:30 AM‬ regarding a loud party taking place at this home you were not woken up.The one request that we have from all of our guests is that the house rules be respected and to be honest about reservation details. What you didn’t consider is that we retrieved all of our recording once the router was connected back and we got all of the footage and facts we needed. And there were over 40 people staying at our house which you do not claimed any responsibility for breaking any of our house rules. Overall, we are very happy that you, your family and friends had a fun at our house, since that is the ultimate compliment that we can receive and that we obviously accomplished. Mrs. Ivelisse, Thank you for your review. We wanted to take this opportunity to reiterate to all prospective guests that this property has a strict cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel this guest’s reservation when they requested that the owner cancel the night before the check-in date. If you are unsure if you will be staying at the property, we please ask that you please book another property, as we are unable to cancel a booking prior to the check-in. We take great pride in maximizing the guest’s experience at this property and cleanliness is of the utmost importance; however, there is nothing that can stop an upset guest who tried to cancel their reservation from doing everything in their power to recoup their money by leaving a dishonest, negative review.
