Walking through to the back of the bottom level you go past the 4th bedroom which has a fold out double bed which is very comfortable and ensuite. Going further through you come to the dining area with 6 seater dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large oven and stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all other necessities to cook a feast.

The laundry has a washer, dryer and another toilet. It opens up into the back courtyard with large outdoor setting and BBQ.

Going upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, mirror cabinet and a toilet.

The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, King size bed - can be made up as 2 king Singles - with bedside tables and lamps, reverse cycle air-conditioning and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
