Our modern holiday house Villa Lodi in Kaštela, town between UNESCO World Heritage Sites Split and Trogir, is a comfortable base for exploring the Split riviera, while delivering all you need for a relaxed poolside vacation too.
Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min to the center of city.
Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with terrace on the top.
Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room with one small toilet. Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 45 m² swimming pool with a shower. Near the pool you can enjoy sunbeds and BBQ.
First floor is designed as sleeping area with 4 sleeping rooms. Two room have double bed, bathroom, Sat-TV, towel and sheets, air conditioning and balcony. The other two rooms are connected (familiy room ). One room has a double bed and the other two separate single beds (can be joined). They have a balcony, a bathroom, Sat-TV, towel and sheets, air conditioning.
Top floor is designed as comfortable room with bathroom (double bed, Sat-TV, towel and sheets, air conditioning ) and large relaxing terrace with sea view . On the top floor is a laundry room.
Villa has 250 sq.m. indoor and 80 sq.m. terace . The house provides a comfortable stay for 10 . House is fully equiped with a aircondition, satelite tv and wi-fi. Spend many pleasant hours on the terrace and in the green garden with swimming pool and barbecue.
The facilities that the villa has are outdoor swimming pool 45 sq.m., a private parking place for 4 cars and two bikes for free.
My family and I live nearby (10 min away) and we can be available to our guests the whole time if they need.
We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we directly cooperate with agencies that organize trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands of Brač Hvar, Vis....

The Villa is immaculate. Very modern and well finished. Lovely pool area. There is a decent supermarket 10 mins walk away and a selection of low ley bars and restaurants about 20-25 mins walk. 30 mins in taxi to Split. Overall a lovely property and the owner was great at communicating.

Great setup - open concept was great. House was clean and of great quality. Pool was not heated - and freeeeeezing cold, so we were quite disappointed. Quality of towels in bathrooms could been improved. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend this gorgeous villa, iris is an amazing host, was so accommodating. She messaged to inform of us of a nasty lightning storm that was incoming, her husband also drove us to the supermarket so we could buy food when we arrived and didn’t then have to carry heavy bags/water. The villa has everything, beautiful pool, good air con, all cooking amenities and condiments you can think of. Tommy supermarket 5 min walk away, with a butchers, bakery, and a lovely Thai take away. Trogir 10 in uber. We had 3 gorgeous meals in Kaštela, the locals all very welcoming, loads of places to swim and plenty of parks. Croatia is beautiful and I’m so glad we stayed at this property. Don’t delay book this villa you won’t regret it

A lovely villa with a great host!

Our family group of 8 stayed at the villa to celebrate a big birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our host, Iris, was wonderful. She responded instantly to our communications before and during our stay. She helped us to book an excellent private chef for the birthday evening. The villa is very modern and well designed. It suited all members of our party, ranging from a one year old to grandparents in their 60’s. The surrounding area is quiet and within easy reach of beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. The waterfront area is a delight with lots of nice places to eat. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

We have just returned from a 14 night stay, and Villa Lodi was just amazing for our group of 8, aged 11 to 80. The whole layout of the villa was perfect, from the spacious bedrooms to the open plan layout downstairs to the outside areas. There’s plenty of room outside to enjoy the sunshine or sit in the shade, but all whilst still being able to chat to everyone; plus a spacious outside eating area. Iris and her husband were the perfect hosts, greeting us on arrival with a welcome hamper of food and drinks, and were available throughout our stay if we needed anything, as well as being very responsive to any questions asked prior to our arrival.Having been a little concerned before our arrival that the area might’ve only had a few bars and restaurants around, we could not have been more wrong. Just a short walk along the sea front and you will find ample restaurants and bars, and places to buy ice creams, but not feeling like you’re in a “tourist trap”. We highly recommend Konoba Intrada and Konoba Faro if you’re looking for a meal out. There are also lots of grocery stores and a bakery just a short walk away. We would 100% recommend the area, and Villa Lodi!

Beautiful comfortable villa

Villa Lodi is a beautiful modern villa, equipped with all comforts, nice bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and a nice garden with a private swimming pool. Very close to the sea, less than 5 minutes walk and restaurants can also be done within a few minutes on foot, just like supermarkets, the bakery and the butcher. Split, so beautiful, is easy to reach, so is Trogir. The house is super clean and the communication with Iris is very pleasant: she responds quickly, she is very service-oriented, the supermarkets would be closed due to a holiday: she suggested to do some shopping for us, so very thoughtful! She also wanted to book restaurants for us and she was there if you needed her, a very nice and safe feeling! We had a fantastic relaxing time and hope to return in the future! Croatia is beautiful and the Croatians are very nice and hospitable! I would say book and relax!

Toll ausgestattete moderne Villa

Die Villa Lodi ist perfekt ausgestattet für 10 Personen. Eine großzügige Wohnfläche im Erdgeschoss, ausreichend Sitzmöbel im Freien und ein sehr großer Pool mit Liegen ermöglichen einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
