Older style accommodation but very well kept. The pool was a bonus, especially on the first couple of days when the temperature got into the high 20's/early 30's. All the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, expect the fourth room upstairs, which had a folding bed that was a little uncomfortable. We are likely to go back again for the F1 next year and would recommend the house to our friends, particularly given its easy reach to shops, and public transport close by.
The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay in Melbourne. We appreciated the peace, location and comfort, and also the unique original features.
Great location with easy access to Toorak village and trams/ buses that go directly to the city. Lovely neighbourhood and relaxing property with lovely pool.
This was a charming property harking back into the 60's.
Beautifully situated in leafy Toorak.
Large kitchen and delightful outlook from a large dining/lounge room.
It does need some TLC and attention to detail would make this a 5* property.
A good idea would be for the host to provide a small starter pack for guests of Teabags, milk, tissues and paper towels for late arrivals. There isn't a BBQ.

Advice already implemented! Appreciate the great ideas.
Out family had a wonderful three week stay at this fabulous property. The property is quiet, spacious and beautifully appointed. Toorak Village is an easy walk, as is Como Park, as well as walks/rides along the Yarra and the Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Peter.
Great Toorak location, interesting property in original condition. Property manager very accessible and helpful. Secure garage parking was good and off street parking not difficult if needed. Tim tams were an appreciated extra : )
