This beautiful 2 bedroom /2 bath apartment in North Port with easy access to the Warm Mineral Springs. It has its private entrance, living room and kitchen , separate AC on a very quiet street. This apartment is a 10 minute walk away from the Warm Mineral Spring Fountain Of Youth and 20 min driving to beautiful beaches, such as Manasota keys, Englewood, Venice and more.... 15 min driving to beautiful Wellen Park - Northport downtown with restaurants, unique shops .30 min to downtown Sarasota and famous Siesta Key beach.
It has a private oversize driveway in which all guests can park their cars. Unique front-yard and private backyard has beautiful trees, place where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
This two bedroom apartment has a large fancy bathroom with a shower and large tub. Unit is equipped with a fully functional and equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There are two twin size beds, which can be put together. There is a dresser and closet in which guests can store their belongings. There is also Xfinity Wifi and cable to accommodate guests with all their entertainment needs. Large smart TV, which has Netflix, Amazon Prime and general channels.

House has a separate laundry room, equipped with linen and extra towels. In the backyard, you will have access to a hammock and yoga mats. Owners provide beach chairs, floating devices, fishing equipment and bikes. We are providing extra services if needed, such as pick up from airports, Yoga- morning classes and more..

A great property for vacation

We stayed 10 days in 1-bedroom apartment near warm mineral springs lake in North Port. Location is very good, close to the lake and 20 min from beaches. Hosts are very helpful and nice. We will rent again if travel to Florida.

pleasant accommodation

spent 30 days at this beautiful clean house located near Warm Mineral Springs- a unique invigorating water experience. Great house amenities (washer/dryer, bicycles, water noodles, patio chairs, etc). host Albina and Sergey were very helpful in identifying local attractions, beaches, restaurants, etc.they were always available but not intrusive. I recommend their unit aand intend to return.

We really enjoy our time here and we will be happy to meet you, share all our favorites places, including restaurants, trails, parks and of course, our famous beaches.

Why they chose this property

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated with our love. Quiet and safe area. Close to everything, such as a restaurants, shopping, parks, beaches and multiple airports. We are a 10 min walk to the lake, which has always the same temperature , it does not matter which month you are coming : 84-86 degree full year around and depth of the lake is 2308 feet. Lake is open from 9-5 and you can start your day right to go to the lake or visit our beautiful beaches.

What makes this property unique

Unit has a central air with separate A/C thermostat and very friendly neighbors. Extra large driveway and very good size of living room . Bright apartment with large windows.
