This is a clean well maintained home, nothing fancy, just comfortable and is close to everything.
: golf, fishing, pool (1 mile from house), tennis, basketball, playground, parks, restaurants, and shopping all within 5 - 15 minutes from house
Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels and linens, recliners, 2 couches in the living room. King size bed in the master bedroom, queen and a king in the additional bedroom.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home for our future retirement home. We really like the location because it is a quiet community and it's close to the water and stores.

What makes this property unique

We like the harbor beach because we have grandchildren and we don't have to worry about the danger of undertows and it is a nice white sand beach. We have often seen dolphin and manatee while there. And if you want the ocean beach it's only 1/2 hour to 45 minutes away. There are lots of things to do and it isn't as crowded.
