Our Family Beach Condo has brought summer joy to our lives for over 5 years! We are an active family of 6 with young children ages 2, 3, 5 and 11 living in the Raleigh Metro Area. Due to our careers and family dynamic, we are only able to utilize our Beach home in late spring and summer months.
Why they chose this property
Our property and furnishings are 5 years old and well taken care of. Our property has been updated from the flooring to the ceilings, all bathrooms have been renovated, all furnishings have had limited usage over the 5 years we've owned our property. Our condo has had limited guests and no paying guests in its history until Oct 2021. This property overlooks our community pool with expansive, long range intracoastal waterway and sound front views in a community with well lit walking trails. Our property also has a carport and garage, which we keep beach toys and chairs in at this time.
