Enjoy a classic Wrightsville Beach vacation at Casa Del Mar! Create lasting memories with family and friends from this centrally located beach cottage just walking distance to the beach, local shops, dining, and Johnnie Mercers Pier.

The large, covered front porch welcomes you to the main level of the cottage and provides a shady spot to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach. The main level includes a well-stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4, a living room with new furnishings and smart TV, plus the dining area which includes seating for 6. The king bedroom is on the main level and has a smart TV and access to the covered back deck. The large covered back deck has plenty of seating for your entire group and offers a peaceful retreat from the sand and the sun. A full bathroom and laundry closet complete the main level.

Head upstairs to the top level and you will find the Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Full sized beds. Across the hall is a bonus TV room with smart TV and couch and the full bathroom is located off the hallway.

The ground level includes a twin bedroom and a full bathroom as well as a 2 car garage. **Please note, the twin bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the garage.**

Out back there is a covered patio with a grilling area and picnic tables. The perfect spot to cook up the fresh catch of the day and gather to enjoy an al fresco meal together.

There are 2 garage parking spots and 2 driveway parking spots (depending on vehicle size). Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Great beach vacation

Family Beach Trip 2023

This house has it all for a family beach trip. We were impressed with how well stocked the house was with the essentials. The additional benefit of provided beach equipment was great! We would definitely recommend staying here and would try to book it again.

Nice location, clean house hidden fees

Normally I would give a property like this 4 stars. I deducted a full star for the hidden fees and charged associated with the property. The house location was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean. A little outdated but we expected that. The showers were super small and tight. The family area and kitchen were great. Everything we needed was there along with all the beach stuff you can ask for. Overall the house was clean, the communication from seascape was great. We walked to the beach and restaurants and enjoyed our time at the house. Nothing fancy but it served its purpose and we enjoyed it. Now, when you initially book you realize that there is a $500 fee that is just added to the total. It’s not a cleaning fee or any fee I have ever seen before. I think it actually just said “additional fee”. This was in addition to the service fee, cleaning fee and administrative fee. So total roughly 1100k in fees. In addition they had a 4p check in and if you requested early check in you were charged an early check in hourly fee. I’ve booked at least 50 places in my life and never paid to check in early. I think this was done to make the place look reasonabllly priced compared to other locations and then the fees start which basically doubles the cost of the rental. I just think that’s sneaky and a terrible way of doing business. We rented it because we were a little late booking our vacay and had to book something.

well-equipped vacation home

this property had everything we needed- nice, comfortable beds, excellent cookware in kitchen, several things we needed and didn't expect to find....including a phillips screwdriver lots of condiments and a steam pot!
