Enjoy this unique and charming cottage on Sand Dollar Road. Perfect for a quiet Ocracoke vacation retreat. This home consists of two separate buildings, a single story main building and a two story apartment. This unique property is perfect for a small family or couples who enjoy privacy.

The main building offers an open floor plan with a small living/dining area and full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Bedroom with Queen Bed and TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Stack washer/dryer.

The detached two-story apartment offers a first floor with Queen Futon, TV, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Half Bath. The second level is accessible by a ladder and has 2 Double Mattresses.

Amenities include: Complimentary wireless internet access, 3 satellite TVs, microwave, 2 Keurig coffee makers and stackable washer/dryer. The main home offers a mini split central heat/air system and the apartment a wall AC/Heat unit.

The exterior offers an outdoor shower, decking, gas grill, picnic table, fish bench and fenced in yard.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Pet friendly - Dogs Only. Maximum One Dog Allowed.

No Smoking. No Dishwasher. No Phone.

Maximum 4 people. Maximum 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Cool little house that could use some TLC

Good floor plan for a couple with older kids. Private and securely fenced yard for a dog, nice deck and central location. The house is currently listed for sale as well which seems to have impacted the accuracy of the listing. The indoor/outdoor furniture is different and wasn't incredibly comfortable, none of the TVs had service or a streaming device(one had a Roku that didn't work) and the gas grill was non functional/destroyed. There were a few other minor issues like broken blinds and patio door getting stuck. For us the positives of this property outweighed the negatives but I don't suspect the owners are investing to improve the experience if its for sale.
