Neighbors are only on 1 side of the villas.

Entry Level is the Parking space in front of garage (garage not for use) plus multiple visitor spots. Front door with half stairs leading up to the Mid Level .

High Speed WiFi throughout the whole house.

Mid Level - Combined open plan lounge & dining room that leads on to the kitchen. Laundry with washing machine and extra toilet as well as a. TV with Telstra TV including Netflix, Stan, Hayu, Luminary, Live TV and more. This level has access to the back yard with large BBQ and 12ft Trampoline. Backyard is not enclosed so pet would not be able to left out there.

Top Level - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms listed below -
1 x Master bedroom with King size bed and portacot with WIR and en suite
1x Large bedrooms with queen bed and TV with Telstra TV including hayu, Stan, Netflix.
1x Large bedrooms with queen bed and TV with Google Chromecast
The 2nd Bathroom on this level also with separate bath and shower.

There are 2 x spare double bed mattresses in the garage for extra use if needed. Proper Mattresses not inflatable.

Bush Turkeys roam free in our estate with Kookaburras and lorikeets.

Not too bad

Check in was a little hectic. No aircon or Dishwasher. No Dryer and clothesline was tiny, not ideal for a family of 6. Place was clean but due to it being pet friendly, the house had that indoor animal smell (specially the couch) and unfortunately fleas,(possibly from previous tenants). Wouldn't be a problem for those who have indoor pets but for us with young children and a baby wasn't the best holiday. The complex parking was insufficient and husband got notes on his windscreen twice for parking near the tennis courts. Chromecast was missing and no plug for the bath. This is just our experience and the things that bothered us may not bother others.

Perfect spot to be amongst the attractions of Gold Coast and have some time out at the same time.

I'm Dana and this is our family home I share with my 2 children aged 9yrs and 14yrs.

My kids live in the pool so we have pool toys for use.

As we have only just moved in we are happy to rent out our property while we are on vacation as most of our personal possessions are still packed away to ensure the comfort of the renters but everything you will need is available for use.

Why they chose this property

The property is great because its centrally located on the Gold Coast. Easy to access theme parks and the beach. We are surrounded by lush greenery and see kangaroos every morning and afternoon. Lots of Bush turkeys, Kookaburras and more. The house has high speed wifi throughout, a large Webber BBQ for use and TVs with all the movie and streaming apps available.

In the estate there is a large pool for use next to the tennis court which doesn't require bookings and with BBQs and seating areas in between.

2 local shopping centres are a few minutes away including Westfield Helensvale and Harbour Town Discount Outlet.
