Feel as if you have the beautiful North Peoria desert all to yourself with surrounding, extensive views from this fantastic backyard. Create wonderful memories gathering around the outdoor fireplace or fire pits when the county allows wood burning. We stock the firewood for you, and there are fire starters as well. During the cooler months, warm up in the hot tub and take in the gorgeous weather. Gaze at the panoramic views from the huge patio with plenty of high-quality seating. Jump into the pool with a relaxing waterfall and desertscape views. The pool is heated for no additional cost during the cooler months. Mix up and serve drinks from the festive cantina. Use the outdoor kitchen with BBQ to grill up some steaks and enjoy a sunset dinner on the patio dining table.

AS YOU ENTER THE HOUSE
Check-in smoothly with a Nest smart lock and immediately see the beautiful views beyond the billiards table in the great room right next to the kitchen. Gather for a family meal at the dining table in this area. Sip some wine while having a chat in the elegant, bohemian chairs in the nook area next to the kitchen. We know how everyone tends to gather in the kitchen, so there is plenty of space and seating to enjoy each other in this big open area of the kitchen, nook, great room, and dining room.

GOURMET KITCHEN
Cook up a delicious meal with copper cookware on a high-end electric range. A full spice rack will complement your dishes and a high-quality knife set will make prep easy. We’ve got you covered with cooking oils, cooking utensils, and small appliances, like a blender, food processor, mixer, and toaster. Look for little surprises in the pantry! There are plenty of dishes and glasses for indoor and outdoor dining, along with copper mugs and saguaro margarita glasses! A Keurig is provided with an assortment of K-cups, creamers, and sweeteners.

BILLIARDS, FOOSBALL & GAMES
Master the art of FUN at Casa Puesta del Sol! We have a billiards table in the great room, a foosball table in the family room, and plenty of silly, interactive games like Jenga and ring toss found in the office and corn hole and ladder golf in the backyard.

LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE
If you need to take a work break, there is a laptop-friendly workspace in the office between the great room and family room. Fiber internet coupled with a mesh wifi system ensures your wifi connection will be great no matter what room you are in.

FAMILY TV ROOM
Get comfy and cozy in the L-shaped sectional sofa while enjoying the electric fireplace and modern decor and artwork. The Smart TV is equipped with a house account of Hulu, ESPN +, and Disney +. Binge on your Netflix favorites on a house account as well! Team up to battle it out on the foosball table!

PRIMARY BEDROOM #1
Have a peaceful night’s rest in a very comfortable King memory-foam bed with two nightstands and a sophisticated chest of drawers. Hang up your clothes in the guest closet and use the luggage rack for your suitcase. There’s a Smart TV in this room with house accounts of Hulu, ESPN+, Disney +, and Netflix.

Attached to Primary Bedroom #1 is an elegant spa bathroom with a large walk-in shower that has a small step, a large double sink bathroom vanity, toilet with supplies above and a guest closet.

PRIMARY BEDROOM #2
Catch some magnificent Zzz’s in a very comfortable King memory-foam bed with two nightstands, chest of drawers, and closet with luggage rack. There’s another Smart TV in this room with house accounts of Hulu, ESPN+, Disney +, and Netflix. Extra guests can share this room with a Queen sofa bed available.

An en suite bathroom is attached to Primary Bedroom #2 with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

BEDROOM #3
Rest soundly in a very comfortable Queen memory-foam bed with two-night stands, a dresser, and a walk-in closet with luggage rack.

A private bathroom is right outside the door of Bedroom #3 with a shower and soaker tub combo, bathroom vanity sink, and toilet.

GUEST SUPPLY CLOSET
No worries if you forget to pack certain toiletries, like cotton pads, Q-tips, facial wash, and more. We’ve got you covered with access to our guest supply closet located near Bedroom #3. We also have a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and extra toilet paper in this closet.

LAUNDRY ROOM
A washer and dryer are available for your use next to the kitchen. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided. You’ll find the luxurious Turkish pool towels here as well, or use them as an outdoor blanket on chilly desert nights in the winter.

Guest access

The entire 1.5 acre property and the 2800 square foot home is available for guests' use. The only exceptions is the garage and the owners closet, which guests will not have access to.
