Bathroom, shower and living room with TV, wifi, pay TV, blender, sink, kitchenware, table, fridge with freezer and 2 fans. Very well ventilated place with 4 windows and 2 doors.

Only 700 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Extra Market and other shops, restaurants and eateries.
Stove and barbecue are in the external area of the loft.
Family atmosphere with 2 pet cats without access to the attic.
