The lake access with the dock was fantastic. We even caught a few fish so we spent a lot of time out there and also used the canoe a couple of times and that was fun. The house itself was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. The only disappointing part was it felt a little dirty as we had a bottom bed sheet with a huge tear in it, mismatched, frayed towels and quite a bit of dust and pollen on the deck areas that creeped in. Overall we enjoyed our time and the lake is exceptional.

We had a wonderful time! The pictures make this rental appear smaller than it is in person. The deck and outdoor sitting area are very spacious, and the living/kitchen area was bigger than I was expecting too. The purpose of the stay was to commute to the outskirts of Tyler for some activities. And this location made for an easy drive to Tyler with the bonus of enjoying the lake in the evenings. Kitchen is well stocked and clean - and the whole house was comfortable! Enjoy!
