Residencial Florida is a condominium of houses and is located just 350 meters from the beautiful Barra Beach and 450 meters from Ferrugem Beach.
The house, (consisting of large living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered terrace with laundry and private barbecue) has large, airy, well-lit environments, and is fully equipped for your comfort and leisure.
In front of the Residential there is a vast green area with leafy trees that give all the charm in the late afternoon look.
IMPORTANT:
We do not work with maid services, nor do we provide duvets, bed and bath linen, and we do not serve meals. Note: We only provide the pillows.
All apartments have space for a maximum of two cars in the closed parking lot;
Pool and deck are fenced for the safety of children, and for the exclusive use of guests;
Events such as birthdays are allowed as long as your guests do not sleep at Residencial Florida and stay in order.
Pets only upon prior consultation, and when accepted must comply with Residential Florida rules;
Check in after 4 pm and check out by 11 am;
