The apartment is located in St Girons Plage, on the Landes Atlantic coast. This small resort on a human scale, in the midst of unspoilt nature, consists of a shopping street and houses scattered in the sand on the dune overlooking the sea.
The surrounding small towns such as Leon and its lake and a bit further, major cities such as Biarritz, Dax and Bordeaux. Spain and the Basque country are also quickly accessible. The apartment is on the first and last floor of a small residence, close to the beach and the forest. Away from the main street, it escapes the noise of it, while being close to shops, bars and restaurants. The western orientation allows to see the sea and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Access to the studio is through the main entrance with digi-code. A private parking space is reserved in front of the apartment. The total area is 37 m2 with a mezzanine of 12 m2, ventilated by a skylight, accessible by a staircase not Japanese. The main room has a sliding glass door leading to a small balcony.

Die Wohnungsübergabe und Abnahme war ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist klein, fein und wunderbar und mein Sohn (20) und ich hatten genug Platz und die Lage ist super. Rundum gut!!!

Station familiale parfaite, très sympa, nature et animée.

Cette station familiale est vraiment très agréable, sourire partout, appartement idéalement situé, quasi sur la plage, à 2 pas de l'école de surf (école Max respect au top) et des commerces ou restos. Sympathique mezzanine pour la nuit, appart petit mais fonctionnel. Dommage que balcon soit si petit, on mange à 2 mais pas à 3. Petit bémol sur la vaisselle, il manque des couteaux à viande, qui coupent. Et très très pratique cette année, possibilité de prêt serviettes et draps, et surprise, du coup les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée. C'etait très agréable. Par contre nous n'avons pas compris si le ménage de fin de séjour était inclus dans la location, du coup nous l'avons fait.

Logement bruyant et odeur désagréable

Ce logement est situé derrière plusieurs bars et restaurants, avec du bruit jusqu'à 2 ou 3h du matin. De plus, il y a très régulièrement des odeurs de friture provenant de ces restaurants. De plus l'escalier de la mezzanine est dangereux

Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür

Alles vorhanden, tolle Lage, man bekommt das Leben der Straße mit aber eben auch das Meeresrauschen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es gab jedoch keine Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad dort einzuschließen. Aber nicht jeder leiht sich ein Fahrrad dort....was allerdings sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Nous recommandons chaudement cette location. Le propriétaire est très sympa et le studio est très agréable. Il est situé à deux pas de la plage, de la supérette et des restaurants. Il est calme et possède un petit balcon qui permet de prendre les repas à trois. Egalement très bien équipé (lave-linge bien appréciable !).
