Beautiful, clean red brick home, just north of Sterling. (3 Bed, 1 Bath, + Loft, Laundry Room, and garage)

Stay on a quiet country road, super close to Palisade Golf Course and Resevoir, Gunnison Resevoir, Nine Mile Resevoir, with quick access to the Arapeen trail system in the Manti La Sal mountain range, and the Manti Temple.

Wide open space, country living, with adventure destinations all around.

Great little place to stay

What a fun little place to stay. We went golfing one morning and it was a short 5 minute drive to Palisade park. It is a nice and quiet location. We even managed with the one bathroom.

It was very close to Palisade state park. We had a wonderful time golfing and hanging out. The house was very nice the only draw back is there is only one bathroom.

This served well as a middle point between our activities in Gunnison, Manti, and Palisades. We were a little surprised at the stairs to the loft being a pull down ladder, but it all worked out in the end.

Quiet Getaway

We were very happy with our stay here. It’s down a very quiet country road so you get your peace and tranquility but it’s also within minutes of Palisade State Park and hundreds of miles of trails on the Arapeen Trail. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s out of the way of the hustle and bustle very quiet and tranquil beautiful scenery in the morning when you get up we were there to ride the atv trails we stayed eight days and rode over 800 miles we had a wonderful time a great place was to stay!!!
