Cute Duplex in Mt. View - Anchorage, Ak
This unit is the perfect size and offers all the amenities that you need to feel right at home. This is for the budget conscious traveler. The unit has some wear here and there, but it is functional and a great place to cook, sleep and shower after a long day of exploring Alaska! The unit is always professionally cleaned between guests using the CDC COVID guidelines. Heath and safety is important so please do not remove mattress or pillow protectors during your stay.
The unit is located in a diverse residential and commercial neighborhood in Anchorage known as Mt. View. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to the highway, 5 minutes to JBER AF Base and close to the Boniface Gate. This unit is the perfect place to explore Anchorage and Alaska from! It is one half of a duplex. Long term tenants and pets occupy the other side.
The unit is approximately 750 square feet, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has full size appliances and a dishwasher, the unit also has a washer and dryer. All three tvs are smart tvs and require your own streaming accounts. The unit comes with unlimited high-speed internet through GCI. Free channels are also available on the tvs.
I live in Anchorage and I'm available via text, call or chat. I try to respond within 1 hour but I do work during the day.
I've lived in Anchorage since 2008 and love to explore on the weekends. I offer guided tours of the Alaska Botanical Garden and I have an 8 seater Subaru Ascent on Turo. If you are interested in either of those items please don't hesitate to ask.

Cute and cozy space with all the amenities needed to rest after a day of exploration around Anchorage and Alaska. It is one half of a side by side duplex. No noise from people above or worrying about people below you. The unit is about 750 sq feet. Parking is on the street. The front yard is available for your use, if you are traveling with pets. Please keep in mind that this is a pet friendly rental and previous guests have stayed with pets.
