Brick cottage view, 2 storeys. Demolition wood furniture, land with 400m2. Dead end street, super quiet and family-friendly place, all just 650 meters from Guarda do Embaú beach. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with balcony and King SIZE ORTOPEDIC bed, the other with 2 double beds and 1 Queen and another normal couple and + 1 single bed, both rooms with air conditioning. Full kitchen crockery, cutlery, glasses, microwave blender, anyway.
