Welcome to Ubatuba, this is a large condominium very organized and well taken care of daily, large apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 people plus 2 children up to 3 years old, being 3 single rooms with 3 individual bathrooms and 1 suite, plus 1 small room extra 2 mattresses, totaling 150m².

The complete kitchen is equipped with new cabinets, cutlery, plates, glasses and bowls, tableware, dishes, jars, barbecue kit, napkins, salt and sugar.

The balcony has its special differential, in being able to wake up to the sun and thank the beautiful day to come.

Due to the current situation of Covid19, for now to swim in the pool, it will be necessary to schedule the time that you will use 1 day before, however you can use the entire area around the pool. The playground, tennis court and multisport are working with certain requirements and always using a mask. The games room, dressing rooms, toilets, showers, tables and chairs in the pool area are still closed, to avoid crowding.

Toninhas beach is very close, just around 300 meters from the entrance, and you can go by car if you prefer to visit other nearby beaches such as: Praia de Santa Rita just 5.8 km to the south, and 3 km to the north, Praia Grande, and further north 5 km to Praia do Tenório.

We love pets, are welcome, bring them for a walk too.
