Excellent Apto foot in the sand (25 meters from the beach) on the best beach of Ubatuba (Toninhas).
Condominium with swimming pool with waterfall and BBQ.
No need to take the car out of the garage.
Great beach for hiking.
Ground floor apartment with easy access to the garage, allowing greater ease of loading and unloading of luggage.

OTIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Foram duas ótimos, com uma estadia ótima. Pessoas educadas e atenciosas. Local limpo, em bom estado. Estávamos em 4 adultos, e super comportou todos. Além de estar super perto da praia das Toninhas, praticamente pé na areia. A piscina não é muito grande mas dá super pra aproveitar, sempre limpa.

Ótima localização e AP horrível

Utensílios domésticos velhos e sujos. Porta ruim de abrir Vaga da garagem muito apertada, outro hóspede bateu a porta do carro dele no meu amassando minha porta. Muito cheiro de mofo, na última noite minha bebê ficou tão mal que tive que dormir no carro com ela. Só era boa a localização e a atenção que o zelador deu.

Excelente localização entre a cidade e praia do Lazaro. Imóvel bem legal. Acomoda 5 pessoas confortavelmente. Único inconveniente se tiver carro grande terá problemas pra estacionar. Garagem minúscula. Meu carro um Corolla. A garagem fica entre uma parede e do outro lado outra garagem. Tendo outro carro na garagem não tem como sair de dentro do carro. Minha sorte que tinha um garagem de outro apartamento não locado e utilizei. Se não o carro teria que ficar na rua.

Quero destacar a lisura e honestidade da senhora Daniela que desde o inicio nos deu a devida atenção e confiança para realizarmos o fechamento da locação. Imóvel com panelas, geladeira, forno microondas e fogão em perfeito estado para uso. Local limpo e sem aquele tradicional cheiro de mofo. Quarto com ar condicionado em excelente estado. Próximo a praia o que traz enorme praticidade, poi o veiculo fica guardado em segurança nas dependências do prédio. Ficamos satisfeitos com o local.

Apartamento muito bom, sendo geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas todos novos e utensílios de cozinhas que satisfizeram nossas necessidades, e o bom que só tirávamos o carro da garagem para passear, pois o apartamento fica "dentro" da praia. O Carnaval mais divertido dos últimos anos!

Eu minha minha noiva e amigos, tivemos excelentes dias hospedados no apartamento da Dna Durvalina e do Sr. Luiz no Carnaval deste ano. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, muito bem organizado tudo limpo e novo. A proximidade com a praia é fantástica não usamos o carro para nada. Com certeza ficará na nossa preferencia quando voltarmos a Ubatuba.

Que delícia!!!

Muito bom, confortável, aconchegante, prático, tudo limpinho com jeitinho da casa da gente. A sala tem um sofá que dá pra tirar aquela soneca gostosa, ainda mais com o ventilador de teto ligado, fresquinho. Na cozinha tudo muito prático, o fogão novinho a geladeira e o microondas também. O quarto é espaçoso com ótimos colchões. Tem um quintalzinho tudo de bom, seca a roupa e os brinquedos da molecada rapidinho. As zeladoras são ótimas, os proprietários muito atenciosos. Não tem escadas p subir! Para família com crianças pequenas é excelente. A praia é pertinho e os quiosques são especializados em atender famílias. Ai, que minhas férias cheguem logo!!!!!!
