House 800m from the sea, gas station 24h in front with snack bar, near markets and trade in general. Quiet street, only 1 block away, with welcoming and helpful neighborhood.
The house has large yard with a tree that makes a good shade and allows up to 4 parked cars.
There are screens on all windows to prevent insects.
The hippest nightclubs are nearby.
Note: Only the house below is being rented. Upstairs there are two apartments that are in the final stages of completion. The top and back of the house will not be rented and will be empty.
