Welcome to Magnolia, brought to you by Music City Magnolia.
Magnolia is the home for groups who want to actually hang out together — not just sleep in the same place and Uber to the same bars. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath Crieve Hall home sleeps 9, with the real action happening in The Lounge: a fully designed basement entertainment space with a full bar (and bar fridge), karaoke system, live instruments (guitar, mics, tambourine, bongos), surround sound, an extra-large sectional, a convertible king daybed, and photo booth props. It's the kind of room that turns a Nashville trip into a trip people talk about for years.
The Lounge makes Magnolia one of Nashville's best bachelorette party rentals — karaoke battles, cocktails at the full bar, and a fenced backyard fire pit that keeps the party going without noise complaints. Equally loved by bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, family reunions, graduation trips, and couples who want their own private Nashville experience. CMA Fest groups, music lovers, and international visitors use Magnolia as a home base with space to actually live in.
The sleeping is spread across four proper bedrooms: a queen pillowtop in the primary, an organic king mattress in the king guest room, a queen in the third bedroom, and a converted king in the fourth. The layout works for families, friend groups, and multi-couple trips — everyone has their own space, and everyone ends up in The Lounge anyway.
The kitchen runs with the same group-forward logic: a granite breakfast bar that seats the full group of 9 makes morning coffee and late-night snacks a communal affair. Outside, the covered gazebo patio is the summer go-to — outdoor speakers, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and a large fenced yard with mature shade trees. The yard is fenced and dog-friendly (pet fee applies).
Magnolia is in Crieve Hall — a quiet, residential Nashville neighborhood about 6.5 miles from downtown. It's close to Belmont University, Hillsboro Village, 12 South, and the Nashville Zoo, with Crieve Hall Bagel Co. practically around the corner for morning provisions. If you want Nashville without being in the middle of it, Crieve Hall delivers.
Note: Washer/dryer is available on weekly stays only. For shorter stays, the nearest laundromat is a short drive.

We were in town for a family Christmas weekend and this is the perfect place to stay! The house was a perfect fit with comfortable bedrooms and enough living room space for all 7 of us. Perfectly located with an easy drive into downtown Nashville and other areas. The house was clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area again (and after the awesome time we had we want to come back) we’ll surely book this house again!
The check in was easy and the house was the perfect size. We appreciated the welcome gifts that we were not expecting. The host were easy to contact and friendly but we did not need them during the stay. We really enjoyed the downstairs and sitting on the back patio

Great stay
Music City Magnolia was a perfect place for our stay in Nashville. Fun decor, pet friendly and with a great backyard setup!
The location was so convenient to downtown and the Franklin/Brentwood area. It met all of our needs.
Great home to relax and enjoy the amenities while you vacation in Nashville. Affordable and close to all kinds of venues and entertainment. Definitely a great place to come back and relax to after a long day of enjoying the town!! Also the hosts are very attentive and respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have, of which we had no issues at all. A

Great house for Nashville visit
Spent the weekend in Nashville with friends and the house was perfect. The downstairs area was a great spot for us. Didn't get to use the outside area because of weather but it looked amazing. The owner was very helpful. We are already planning another visit.

Thanks again, Cassidy; we hope you'll come see us again so you can enjoy the outdoor space as well!
We had several family members from 3 generations and 4 states in our group stay.
We had plenty of room to spread out and to catch-up.
We really enjoyed the back yard space with the fire pit and seating and the fenced yard for my son's dog. We also had fun in the downstairs space hanging out together.
The kitchen and dining area suited our needs, as well.
The beds were comfortable too. This was a big plus for us since we all traveled quite a distance to Nashville.
We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with everything a group could need.
We had a group of 8 come down for the SEC tournament. We really enjoyed our stay here. This house had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It’s close to downtown Nashville, only about a 12-15 minute ride/drive. After spending a crazy amount of money in downtown on Friday night, we decided to have a quieter Saturday. After the games, we went back to the house and used the massive charcoal grill and hung out around the fire pit. The basement area with a full bar is really great as well. We would definitely like to stay again next time we’re in Nashville!

Love the basement bar and TV area!!
The downstairs area is great to congregate while the rest of the house was getting ready for the day or early morning coffee quiet time. The queen mattress in the 3rd bedroom should be replaced soon. Also, suggest a sliding door on a track to give more privacy for the converted King bedroom. Loni was very responsive to any questions or suggestions.

Thanks for staying with us Susan! We added a sliding door and replaced the mattress immediately after your stay. Please come back anytime!
Smaller than expected but yet big enough to feel comfortable. Four bedrooms with four good beds. The main thing missing was a washer/dryer but it’s not listed so you know that going into the stay. Hang out area on the lower level was very spacious with a bar filled with every thing you could need including cocktail mixers and even chilled beer mugs. Karaoke system wasn’t the greatest but for many it will do the trick. Just don’t get fooled by the Marshall stack because it’s actually a fridge. Owner was great and very responsive and it’s located in a nice neighborhood.

Magnolia House
Thank you for letting us stay, we had a great time! We enjoyed the house and complimentary amenities you provided. The basement was very cool, loved all the decor. We wish we had more time to spend in it and the outside space. Instructions for the house were easy and checking out was a breeze. The only suggestions we would have would be more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. And there was no space in the "bedroom" in the living room other than the clothes rack to hang things that didn't need hung. Also, this converted space should be more advertised as the living room space although it had a privacy door you could hear anyone in the kitchen and it was just kind of odd to us to walk into from the front door. Plus the floors are very squeaky The bedroom next to the living room, there was no access to the closet as it was locked so no where to hang clothes. Other than those minor things we would recommend to others. Also, note you do have to uber or have rental car to get downtown but was only 10-15mins away.
Thank you again!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. We needed a home away from home for a week while work was done on our house- and our experience here was perfect. Great house, yard and neighborhood. The property manager was accessible and a delight to work with. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend this house to anyone!
