A new buildly house at Edogawa-ku of Tokyo.
A convenience stores at 200ｍ of the house.
The nearest railway station is shin-koiwa station on the JR Sobu Line , a 13 minutes walk (1000m)to the house. And taxis with starting price are never hard to come by.

There are shopping streets on the way to the house. There are many Japanese restaurants, ramen noodles, sushi , seafood shops and stores on this shopping street.

If you want to experience the life of the locals, shinkoiwa is a good choice.

Tokyo Stay

This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. We very much enjoyed our time here and would Highly recommend this property!

If you're looking for a place that is quiet, clean and friendly, this is the place! The walk was definitely 15 minutes from Shinkoiwa station to the house but it was very pleasant because you pass through the market. Loved that we get to have a kitchen because we ended up cooking some food from the market a lot. The host provided us with everything we needed, having the laundry was extremely helpful for our family of 5. We had toothbrushes, which comes with the toothpaste in the bag, all soaps, shampoos, detergent, we really appreciate that. You are right up against a street that has cars passing through and it can get loud but the comfortable mattresses on the 3rd floor really made up for it. The house feels small, but like I said, it had everything we needed so it makes up for it. We spent most of our time away from the house anyways. We would stay here again.
