If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This studio is a luxury tiny home with a big character-boasting a well appointed interior,upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes Briarcliff community Lake Travis water front boat launch. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin.

Whether your a festival goer, first time tourist, outdoor enthusiast, or Austin local, this Lake Travis Studio will treat you to a worry free retreat, from the busy city.

Indoor living:
Flat Screen smart TV, Linens and towels, combo washer and dryer, Full kitchen with refrigerator-coffee maker-4 burner stove with oven- dishware and flatware, Bluetooth speaker, Toiletries, cell phone and tablet charges for I-phone and Android. King bed downstairs memory foam and a queen and full memory foam mattress upstairs.

Outdoor living:
Seating for 4, outdoor firepit, hill side view, Lake Access 1/4 mile away.
The home is surrounded by trees and is very private. Parking for two cars and have a 220 50 amp Car Charging spot.

Dogs are ok up to two. Pet fee of 25.00 will be billed to clean pet hair. No cats or other animals. No smoking allowed in unit. $200 fee if smoking inside the unit.

Had everything we needed, in a nice location. Very chill, quiet, with a nice fire pit in the back. A screech owl visited us there. Lots of lovely places nearby as well, good recommendations by the host. We hit El Gaucho Winery, the Lighthouse restaurant and Krause Springs, all very convenient from the unit.

Great Staycation!

My husband and I wanted a little getaway not too far from Austin. We had a great experience in Spicewood! The property was easy to find, very clean, and felt very cozy! We will definitely be making a trip back when we're in need of another getaway outside the city!

Hill Country Getaway

Annual TX HC getaway while bluebonnets in bloom. This tiny home was perfect for two, just what we needed for winding down at night and freshening up in the morning before heading out to explore for the day. Safe area close to so much, helpful property manager quick to communicate during our stay, and pretty much everything we needed! Thank you for a nice stay!

We are a family of 6, with our oldest daughter 22 years to our youngest son 12 years old. Our hobbies consist of Electric Biking, hiking, archery, pretty much anything outdoors.
We own a home building company in Spicewood and Lakeway. Our family dates back to the founding of Texas, as our 5 generation grand father is 297 of the first 300 colonist under Stephen F Austin.

Why they chose this property

This property is very private and clean. The king bed is 14" of memory foam. Wifi is fast. Marshall bluetooth speaker, several charging stations for usb, usbc and iphone adapters.
We are just minutes from Lakeway and 25 minutes to downtown Austin, but yet have a quiet country setting. Star gazing is optimal on a clear night.
