Great weekend getawsy
Lida was a great host; the property gave us room to spread out. Everything we needed!
I stayed here with my family and parents and had a great visit! Lots of good restaurants around and a really well laid out apartment.
Very nice stay
My family stayed here for 3 weeks for work and are familiar with the neighborhood. This was a very nice home, probably best suited for short stays than long stays. We also were repeatedly cautioned about making noise for the downstairs neighbors and while this didn’t end up being an issue, it was a bit stressful to have to focus on that with our kids. That said, a perfectly nice and polite stay.
Central, Solid JP Pad
Very functional pad in a great location and with a very helpful owner.
Great place visiting Boston
We had 8 adults staying and there was plenty of room. The furnishings were nostalgic and classic. Great places to eat close by. And within a 10 minute walk of two train stations. It was a great home base for a visit to Boston.
Perfect spot for a family to convene for a graduation
Lita is a great and fast communicator and has a pretty and functional property.
It is a flat on the second floor of a large building. There are four bedrooms including a converted dining room, a nice living room, a sunroom, and a functional and well equipped kitchen.
We also asked Lita if we could use the shared back patio with grill for a graduation party and she was happy to arrange. (Luckily, the weather was good.)
We are happy to have found Lita’s place. The price was more than fair for what you get and the location in Brookline/Jamaica Plain area.
