Starting on the first floor there is a large living room area which is fully air conditioned and complete with two additional ceiling fans. From the living room you step out through either of the two sets of bi-fold doors complete with outside privacy shutters onto the large balcony which is great for relaxing, sunbathing or dining either for breakfast or your evening meal. The balcony has the benefit of early morning sun which stays with you until mid afternoon giving natural light to the apartment. There is a large living room with ample seating for 5, a full UK TV package on the flat screen television and free WIFI for guest to use and there is a good size dining area inside adjacent to the large living room. Next we have the fully fitted kitchen with kitchen equipment to self-cater for any family. A newly fitted downstairs bathroom is off the kitchen area.

Bedroom and bathroom details:
Moving up to the second floor we have a double bedroom, fully air conditioned with the added benefit of a large ceiling fan there is also large amounts of wardrobe and drawer storage. The bedroom has full tilt and turn opening doors which lead out onto a private balcony giving you stunning views over the beautiful palm tree ladened Villamartin Plaza.
Onto the twin bedroom which is large bright and very airy, with full air conditioning and once again a large ceiling fan, with windows again giving you unspoilt views over the Plaza, the bedroom also has large amounts of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a newly fitted stunning bathroom/wet room with heated floor for winter use.

Private solarium and leisure area:
Moving up to the third floor and onto your own private solarium, fitted with artificial grass, privacy screening and a full sun shade awning which is great for giving you a cool shaded area for an afternoon nap or drinks

Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Alan Warner of the Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2018 on Leo Sayer's World Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
