This pristine apartment offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, Moraira’s Marina, and El Portet. All amenities are within walking distance: the beach, marina, shops, and restaurants/bars.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is centrally located in the “El Forti” building in downtown Moraira. A parking space is included in a secure private underground garage parking. There is lift access from both the street and garage level, directly to the apartment.

The living room, dining area, and the private balcony, which offers an amazing view of the marina, seats four. The balcony has a canopy for shade.

Each bedroom comes equipped with two single beds, which can be rearranged to allow various sleeping options and/or additional lounge space depending on guest's preferences.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Each bathroom features its own walk-in shower. All linens: bedroom, bathroom, and beach towels are included.

There is a 52" smart TV, equipped with cable and free Wi-Fi.

There is a roof that offers a communal terrace with panoramic views.

A really helpful host, everything was as described a lovely clean well equipped apartment with amazing views. If you want to stay in Moraira and walk to different restaurant or bar every night; this is the place for you. Add the convenience of secure underground car parking with the apartment and it is hard to beat. Would certainly go back Thank you

It's a little daunting booking online with an independent but all my fears disappeared as the communication with the host and accuracy of the description of this beautiful apartment with unobstructed views of Moraira marina really delivered! We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this slice of paradise! Wonderful host, excellent communication, Ivan goes the extra mile! Central location, stunning apartment and views to die for!

About 35 years ago, Ivan fell in love with the town of Moraira. There is no place he has seen that showcases so much culture and history within the amazing views of the Mediterranean.

Why they chose this property

El Forti is the most well-known building in Moraira. With its south facing views overlooking the Mediterranean, you can enjoy sunshine all day throughout the year.

The town is lively in the summer and peaceful in the winter. The Mediterranean climate offers warm summers and mild winters.

This place offers a rich history and culture, but is also an amazing family-friendly vacation spot. The location of this apartment allows you to be in walking distance of many activities, or you can just spend a relaxing vacation at the beach.

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony and the roof are amazing.

Activities are with-in walking distance, so a car is not required to explore the town and beaches.

One of the only buildings that has a secure parking garage and elevator.
