The modern kitchen has all the essentials needed to stay and entertain your group, and during winter the added comfort of a fireplace in the living area makes for a toasty escape regardless of the forecast.

Outside you'll find ample room on the sundeck with plenty of outdoor furniture for alfresco dining or kicking your feet up. After a day at the beach, the BBQ is a great option for an easy summer meal, and the fully fenced back yard is ideal for the kids to run around on!

You’ll love the central location to all of Pauanui's best swimming spots and just 2 minutes away from the boat ramp. With Kennedy Park at your backdoor there is plenty of space to get outdoors and get amongst all the outdoor activities Pauanui has to offer.
